• Smart Service management reserves the right to review registration requests and approve or reject them at its sole discretion.
• Upon approval, an account will be created by Smart Service management, and login details will be sent to the user via email.

2. Use of Services:

• The application and program provide access to a variety of services, including government services (issuing licenses, records, document tracking), and human resources services (human resource management, payroll, employee data, circulars, letters, violations).
• Users are responsible for using the services legally and responsibly, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Employee Accounts:

• Sub-accounts may be created for employees of participating companies, and these accounts are subject to the supervision of the company owner.
• The company owner is responsible for managing employee accounts and ensuring that their use of the application and program complies with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Requests and Reviews:

• Users can submit requests through the application and program, and these requests are subject to review by Smart Service management.
• Smart Service management reserves the right to approve or reject requests at its sole discretion.

5. Liability:

• Smart Service makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information and services provided, but it is not liable for any errors, omissions, or losses resulting from the use of the application and program.
• The user assumes full responsibility for using the application and program and for any consequences that may arise from it.

6. Modifications:

7. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
